A Roadmap for Support
You’ll learn how to confidently support parents through a structured framework that combines shame repair, nervous system awareness and trauma-informed communication so that they become empowered with a step-by-step plan to support their child at home.
The Confidence to Support Families
You’ll gain the skills and understanding to work with families you once felt unsure about - even in the most emotionally complex cases. You'll know exactly how to guide them with calm and clarity.
As a Certified CalmTalk Method® Practitioner, you’ll learn how to guide families through emotional challenges - not by fixing children or managing behaviour, but by showing their parents how to restore inner security at its root.
You'll discover how to teach parents to speak to their child's underlying fear and shame, help children feel calmer and more confident, and introduce subconscious-safe language that builds inner security and connection. You'll also explore carefully crafted night-time and daytime scripts, spoken by the parent while the child sleeps and during the day to shift the internal story the child believes about themselves.
You'll learn to work in a preventative way to interrupt generational patterns and bring calm and clarity into homes where behaviour strategies have failed. This training gives you the tools, confidence and framework to do work that feels deeper - and delivers real, long-lasting change.

Manual & Video Modules – Self-paced learning resources for each module.
Live Zoom Sessions – Interactive 90-minute sessions with Jen, focused on role play, practice, and Q&A.
Case Studies (Homework) – Practical application with 3 families, booking 3 × 90-minute sessions per family
Telegram Group – Ongoing support, with Jen answering questions on a dedicated Q+A day each week.

Integration Weeks
Between blocks, practitioners will have time to:
Work with their 3 case families
Conduct 90-minute sessions with each family
Apply CalmTalk® methodology in real practice
Completion Phase/ Flexible Learning Phase/ Certification
After May, participants continue working with their case families to complete case studies.
Participants then submit their case studies to Jen.
Jen marks each case study, provides feedback, and uses this assessment plus observation throughout the training to determine certification.

"I sought Jen out back in October 2025 as I had reached my capacity (as a HS person myself) with managing my daughter's anxiety and meltdowns and what became violent behaviour; I was walking on eggshells daily, and having heart palpitations with the stress of everyday battles.
Since doing the CalmTalk method and working directly with Jen, we saw an improvement within the first week; 12 weeks later we have a different child, much calmer, more resilient to problems, happier and I am no longer walking on eggshells.
The whole process has been incredibly healing for me personally too, and I have processed things/past events/triggers more quickly than 8 months of therapy ever did for me.
